Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-10-29 · Effective date: 29 October 2026
Unresolved items are marked below. This document is not final legal wording or evidence of approval to operate.
Privacy Policy1. Operator and status of these Terms
These Terms govern access to x51.games and its real-player WHOT and 8-Ball Pool service. They are not a statement that the service is licensed, approved, legally reviewed or lawful in every country. Contact shown by the service: info@x51.games.
The rules displayed for a particular table form part of its play conditions. Mandatory law takes precedence over these Terms. An account's recorded acceptance identifies the version accepted; it does not establish legal or regulatory approval.
2. Eligibility and local restrictions
Registration requires a separate declaration that you are at least 18. This is an age attestation, not age or identity verification. You must be legally able to enter these Terms and must not use the service where your participation or payment is prohibited by applicable law or binding provider restrictions.
Current coin-admission checks use confirmed-email and active-account status. No age-verification provider, identity-verification provider or enforced country allowlist has been established by this review. Access to a page or payment quote is not proof of your legal eligibility or provider approval. Do not evade applicable restrictions.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your password and session secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. Provide an email you control. Usernames use 3–20 letters, numbers or underscores and must be available. Profile avatars are selected from the offered presets.
Do not impersonate others, harass players, publish unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, exploit errors, manipulate results, use cheating tools or coordinate collusion. Do not use multiple accounts to evade restrictions or obtain an unfair advantage. These prohibitions do not imply that automated detection exists.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected abuse or comply with applicable law. Such restrictions do not automatically confiscate a lawful balance or override mandatory notice, refund or appeal rights. Account deletion is unavailable while active games, held funds, unresolved payments or remaining balances require resolution; supported deletion removes access, anonymises the profile and retains linked records.
4. Coins and monetary value
Coins are the service's monetary accounting units, not a promise of investment returns or interest. The configured rate is 10 coins per 1 USDT; the app's accounting also uses 10 coins per US dollar. USDT is a cryptoasset: the configured rate does not guarantee its market value, redemption by its issuer or exchange rates offered by third parties.
Purchase packages are 150, 250, 500 and 1,000 coins for 15, 25, 50 and 100 USDT respectively, paid in USDT on TRON (TRC20). The platform minimum is 15 USDT and the maximum is 100 USDT per purchase (not a lifetime limit) and each package must also meet the payment provider's precise live minimum. Coins can be reserved for table stakes and credited or debited by recorded game settlement. No free coin top-ups, gifting or player-to-player transfers are offered.
Development-only local games do not reserve, award or settle monetary coins. Purchased coins must not be described as valueless test credits merely because historical internal labels use that terminology.
5. Deposits and transaction risks
Coin purchases use NOWPayments with USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Use only the exact asset, network, address and amount shown for that payment. Sender-wallet network charges are separate from the required send amount; leave sufficient funds for them. Do not reuse a previous payment address or assume a quote remains valid after its payment state changes.
Coin credit is based on server reconciliation with the provider and a matching successful receipt, not a browser success screen, transaction screenshot or your report. No fixed blockchain confirmation count or completion time is promised here. Pending or delayed payments remain subject to provider/network processing.
Underpayments, overpayments and mismatched payment details can enter review rather than automatic credit. Wrong-address or wrong-network crypto transfers may be irreversible or unrecoverable. You are responsible for checking instructions before sending; recovery or a refund cannot be guaranteed. This does not excuse incorrect instructions supplied by the operator or remove statutory remedies.
Contact info@x51.games with the payment reference and transaction details for a problem; never send a password, seed phrase or private key. No automatic overpayment refund, wrong-network recovery service or refund deadline has been verified.
6. Cash Out and saved addresses
The current Cash Out interface offers manually reviewed USDT TRC20 requests, not automated provider payouts. Its minimum is 150 whole coins (15 USDT at the configured rate). The displayed withdrawal quote currently applies zero platform withdrawal fee; third-party or network costs must not be assumed to be zero.
The interface saves one TRC20 address, asks you to repeat it and re-enter your password when saving, and validates address format/checksum. This does not establish ownership of the wallet. Only use an address you control that accepts USDT TRC20. Current address cooling-off is 24 hours after saving/changing; only one pending or approved request is permitted at a time.
Accepted requests hold the funds read by the withdrawal system. Rejected requests release the held amount. Staff approval or a 'paid' record is not, by itself, independently verified evidence of an on-chain transfer. Payments are made manually outside this app; processing times and blockchain delivery are not guaranteed by these Terms. The request is tied to the address saved when created.
7. Tables, stakes and fees
WHOT tables seat 2, 3 or 4 players; Pool seats 2. Available per-player stakes are 50, 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 coins, subject to available balance and configured admission limits. Read a table's actual rules before joining. A reserved stake is unavailable for other use while held.
WHOT room settlement currently deducts 5% of the completed pot. Pool settlement currently deducts 10% of the completed pot. The winner receives the completed pot less the applicable fee. These are game-specific rates, not a universal 5% or 10% rate. Rounding follows the settlement system's integer accounting; a preview estimate is not a replacement for the recorded settlement.
For example, two players staking 50 coins form a 100-coin pot: WHOT's 5% fee leaves 95 coins; Pool's 10% fee leaves 90 coins. Draws and qualifying cancellations return stakes without a completed-game fee. An 'if full' payout is conditional: the final pot depends on actual seated players when play starts.
A full WHOT room can start automatically; a seated host can start an eligible partially filled room. Leaving before a game begins returns the individual held stake under the waiting-room rules. An invitation is not proof that a seat is reserved or that its recipient has joined.
8. Game rules, leaving and interruptions
WHOT and Pool use their implemented rules and table-specific settings shown in the rules panel. WHOT permits configured counting or rollover when the market is exhausted, stacking and optional card rules; do not assume every table has identical settings. Server-recorded state determines valid moves and settlement; this is not a certification or guarantee of fairness.
Deliberate resignation after play starts records a forfeit. The leaver's stake is not refunded merely because they stop playing. WHOT can continue with remaining players; a player who has left may view authorised read-only match status, not retake the seat.
WHOT rooms currently use 30-second turns; two missed turns can eliminate a player, whose stake remains in the pot. Pool rules determine shot-clock consequences. Network interruption, tab closure and reconnection are not interchangeable with an approved cancellation.
Live-match recovery includes conditional disconnect/void rules, including a 60-second disconnect allowance and outage handling. Room and match paths are not identical. A connection failure may lead to a forfeit, continued play, cancellation or review according to the recorded state and applicable rules. Do not assume closing your browser cancels a stake or guarantees a refund.
9. Support and result disputes
For a disputed result or payment, contact info@x51.games with your username, game/table/payment identifier, approximate time and a description. Do not include account credentials. The operator may consider recorded events and provider information where available; a screenshot alone does not determine settlement.
The current in-app dispute submission is not operational. These Terms do not impose its displayed example deadline as an enforceable complaint limit, promise automatic evidence attachments, or guarantee a response time. Contacting support does not pause an active game's clock or reverse settlement automatically.
10. Availability and allocation of risk
You are responsible for your device, connection, wallet security and instructions you submit. The service may be affected by maintenance, software faults, malicious activity, third-party outages and blockchain delays. No uninterrupted availability, profit, winning outcome or recovery of incorrectly sent cryptoassets is promised.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, loss of business opportunity and losses caused by your breach, incorrect transfer instructions or third-party events outside its reasonable control. This wording does not allocate responsibility for an operator error to you merely because a third party is involved.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer remedies, or data-protection duties. No blanket forfeiture of balances, indemnity for the operator's own fault, or waiver of statutory rights is created.
11. Changes and governing law
The version and date identify this version. Later changes must not retrospectively alter the agreed stake, result or fee of an existing game merely by replacing this page. Material changes and any necessary renewed acceptance must follow applicable notice and consumer-law requirements.
There is no verified operator jurisdiction on which to base a governing-law, court-selection or arbitration clause. Mandatory protections and access to competent courts or regulators are not waived by these Terms.
